about
This is the 2nd single for an upcoming quadruple synth album that will have more synths on it than any album in history. This was recorded at the National Music Centre in Calgary, Alberta and features several legendary synthesizers. For fans of Caribou, Chrome Sparks (both who play drums in Aucoin's live show). Lots of Moogs, Arp 2600s, Roland Jupiter 8. The song derives its name from the film by Adam Curtis where humans have given up on the Real World.

Had to do a deep-dive on TWRP's back-catalog ever since I heard Friends of the Blues, and let me say, it DOES NOT disappoint. This is the soundtrack I want for my life. complexitron

Cosmic Horror is so spectacular! I love the space horror genre and this EP really nails the entire vibe. Kudos to everyone involved with its creation, can't wait for more!! Odus da Wizard
